There are big gap between site team and head office team, lac of team work many good performer decided to leave the company, some hire person are not able to resolve the problem at point and he trying to damage down team members, I was very offset when I got letter to end of contract even I performed well I put some questions to entire team to arrange one meeting to discuss where is problem but no one responded either HR team or any senior person. TATA is a excellent and respectful organisation everyone wants to work I am also but in that culture I don't want if culture not changed I can't perform, because I am best performer I don't want to dirty politics at site and work

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

Many induction system for staff and workmen to get entry -are bit lengthy - which needs to be smooth and short, Need to bring more attitude in organization to work like Contractor somewhere i see Tata Projects Limited need to work, HR Support could have been further extended introduction program for new joiner found missing this brings people more closure.
