Previous Corporate Quality Lead was great personality and motivational leader.

Current CQH came from KEC and his background is Mechanical engineering, he is running entire Quality Team like a automobile workshop culture.. Previous Quality Head was far better than this one.

worst culture... never ever seen in my past 20 years carieer...No humanity idiot seniors... spoiling cultures... HR is namesake only... company is framed ethics for every issues. but because of ethics company spoiling... difficult to grow in carrier...
