Local or regional label officer are very confused or unofficial they are very slow. Working/Worker's they are doing mail mail no body take any dissision, but tata's some facility is descent. At present tata never offer later dispatch after 3 months. Etc. So ranking is too low

Tata Projects recently changed C off policy.If anyone have to do duty on sunday then that one can not take c off or cannot get salary for extra hours.On paper duty is from 9 am to 17:30pm but in actual more than 12 hour a day and 7 days a week must duty for all sites.It's very hard to take leave.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
