There are big gap between site team and head office team, lac of team work many good performer decided to leave the company, some hire person are not able to resolve the problem at point and he trying to damage down team members, I was very offset when I got letter to end of contract even I performed well I put some questions to entire team to arrange one meeting to discuss where is problem but no one responded either HR team or any senior person.
