The salary has paid on time despite of all the cash issues from the client side. Having good work ethics even during COVD situation as well. Its far better to get direct recruitment in TPL as being a vendor roll creates lots of difficulty in work & in work policies as well.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
