Worst Company. Thief Company not giving employees Linked Reward in shadow of Low KRA Grade.No job security Hire and Fire Principles. Their TATA Brand should be removed. They are such a fool that they even remove permanent employees.Employees have sued them in courts. Not recommended to join coz after 1-2 years they will remove you making jobless. Higher ranking officials behave like king and had made a lobby and new comers are eliminated. Worst HR policies. One interesting thing only South Indian employees are in core HR team and they are racist. No grievance redressal system. Talented and Experienced should never join in name of TATA brand.
