1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

There are big gap between site team and head office team, lac of team work many good performer decided to leave the company, some hire person are not able to resolve the problem at point and he trying to damage down team members, I was very offset when I got letter to end of contract even I performed well I put some questions to entire team to arrange one meeting to discuss where is problem but no one responded either HR team or any senior person. Previous Corporate Quality Lead was great personality and motivational leader.

Current CQH came from KEC and his background is Mechanical engineering, he is running entire Quality Team like a automobile workshop culture.. Previous Quality Head was far better than this one.
