I worked in this organisation for almost 4+yrs and really felt that it has plenty of opportunities to learn the work and job security

Though they have plenty of opportunities, existing work culture is dipping the growth of organisation, by not allowing or accepting the new people or ideas into the company, moreover it is people syndicate (group of people with internal references irrespective of talent and skill) which inturn leads to cost to the company with no benefits....Read More
