Too much politics. Managers always do favoritism. Just because of this favoritism they are forcefully shifting operations or customer suceess employees role or cluster Delivery managers employees to the Steel sales without their consent. If you will deny for it they will ask you to leave the organisation. At that moment HR will alsodeny to help you out. Company don't have any strong product or vision. Senior Management or city manager & Regional level Managers employees are just enjoying their paid holidays here without any work. They are just busy in doing favoritism for their favorite employees. I will not recommend to join here. For customer success roles they hire for support team but suddenly ask you to do 25 per day physical cold calls on the market and generate leads for sales. They don't have any defined SLA and KPI. Also not sure about the future of the Company. I will strongly recommend you guys please don't join this company if you don't have any experience in buttering the managers and their licking.....Read More

There are bunch of problems piled up in this organisation and senior management does not dealing with it, they just fool board to get continuous funding and that is holding it back because no one honestly thinks to drive it through the success. Each one of the senior management personnel just ensuring that there salary gets creditedeach month. If you think you work hard then they will break your entirely with toxic culture and office politics. No any mechanism available to deal with it, HR dept. acts so poor while you connect to them regarding your observation on inappropriate culture and misconduct. If you are not expert in licking, then you will be thrown out or they will make sure you to get separated. Absolutely they don't give a damn what skills you have and how you leveraged your connections to perform well, they treat you like a threat. They are miles away from creating a successful B2B plateform. There are fundamental issues with this organisation. Each employee act as they are industry experts, Tata management should have asked them why their sales figures taking deep dive after spending millions.
