It's a great learning environment in this company. Your superior is taking care of your enthusiastic approach to learning & adept the experience in the real field. From time to time you also take part in activities in the field and office to grow as yourself. The working environment is quite satisfactory with the superiors and team mates during my tenure.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
