1. Pressure- unnecessary pressure is created by City managers, RMs and than NSM. RM and CM will call you after working hours and will try to scare you if you dont meet the no. We will throw you out of organisation. 2. Lack of clear understanding- No one knows what exactly we have to do. There are people who come from retail background who think this is Rat race for numbers. So they try to kick your till there last breath for no. Customer empty, valu selling, customer centric environment all this words are bulshit according to managment. 3. KRA-Roles and Responsibility- what ever is told during interview its totally different in actual. Also Saturday is officially holiday but maneger will ask you to work 4.
