There are bunch of problems piled up in this organisation and senior management does not dealing with it, they just fool board to get continuous funding and that is holding it back because no one honestly thinks to drive it through the success. No any mechanism available to deal with it, HR dept. acts so poor while you connect to them regarding your observation on inappropriate culture and misconduct.
