Tata Motors Ltd is like public company. It follows good culture, humanity, work life balance, satisfaction what not. There are managers whom worked for more than 7 years , works in the way of company culture and its mission. No one in my opinion regrets on joining this company of he withstand min 2 years. Ego clashes between managers Same stagnant work everyday no new learnings. Teamwork only exists in mails or to show off. The manager never addresses your hard work and the motivation level slopes down. Too much importance to women most of them are under performing, must have rated 5 stars to tata motors. It was great working at Tata before bs6 phase 1 year 2020. Medical benefits are far better than competition
