I’m thrilled to share that I’ve received an offer of ₹27 LPA from Tata Motors for the Senior Manager (L5) position! This is a significant jump from my current CTC of ₹18 LPA, and I’m excited about the opportunities this role brings. However, there’s one challenge I’m considering. My current role allows me to work from home, while the new job requires working from the office. The Tata Motors office is 1.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic), which will be a big adjustment for me. Everything is bad here especially work life balance the worst part is timing here you need to wake up at 4 am in the morning take bus at 5 am and reach office around 6:am ....have breakfast from 6:00 to 6:30 am and then tea break for 10 min at 9:am .and then shift is over around 3:50 and you can take bus at 4:10 and reach home by 5:00 pm .....very very remote location and worst place gujrat.
