It's environment, it's is encouraging. Surrounding people are helpful and more professional. Everyone has the friendly nature.

Workload is bit much and need to hire more employees & could do better about the salary and increment point. I mean giving bit higher salary & also more chance for career growth.

A great company for learning and gathering experience. If your primary goal is to gather knowledge in the field of water treatment please do join Nalco Water India LTD. Safety culture is awesome. Perks and employee benefits especially for sales and service team is terrific.

1. Ecolab is the owner of Nalco Water India LTD. They do not grow organically. The product prices are too high and it's tough to sell. Nalco India is alive in today's market just for global tie ups done in US , UK & Europe. 85% of Nalco's business is due to corporate tie ups. 2. The company doesn't grow much, your bosses don't growmuch. Hence you don't grow in the organization. Even if there is an opportunity for promotion, they will bring someone from outside with higher salary rather than develop you for that promotion. Years after years people work in the same designation with standard increments If you don't want to think about money or growth, join NWIL. For example people have worked for 17years in the company , forget position his last drawn salary was 27K. 3. If the company has 100 employee then and 30% of them have no contribution to the company and they are ridiculously high paid. But you can't get that money no matter what you do....Read More
