Being a Diploma candidate the company given me the opportunity to work as Territory Sales Manager in Sales Support functions as a contractual employee through its subsidiary payroll company Tata Business Support.

Dislikes

Promotions are meant only for top management. There is no growth for Territory Sales Managers in this company as i have worked 15 years with out any career growth or personal growth.

The perception about this company is still positive in the market in spite of poor working culture.

After 15 years of working as Territory Sales Manager in Tata Motors, the company decided to sent to send me out based on my qualification. DME is my qualification and i have completed BBAM in TNOU which they never considered. I have wasted my important phase of life 33 to 48 years by working with Tata Motors. A service certificate or a worthful settlement was not made in spite of repeated follow ups. My exit from the company happened in a most unprofessional and unethical manner. More than 12 employees from Sales/Service & sales support functions resigned their job from Jan'23 to March'24 (Out of total 18 TSM & CSM). So far two TSM's resigned who had been taken on my replacement not even withstanding for a year shows the poor working culture of Tata Motors....Read More

If you wish to take challenges head on and learn new things. It's a good one. Your skills will get improved.

Dislikes

In the run to capture market share, they are least bothered on employees personal life. You will be asked to work on Sunday's. Time for yourself or your family will be minimum.
