Very flexible in terms of location preferences and lot of freedom in decision taking at frontline level. Team members are supportive. Appraisals are fair. Policies are good

Dislikes

Fairly higher responsiblities as compared to same role in other companies, aspirations and expectations are high from practicality. Top management less transparent and does not take immediate or take no action for frontline issues. Trainees are not given proper training during induction and is put into departments without understanding the aspirations of the trainees.

Work Details

Depends on the manager. I had a good manager who was ready to risk and motivates to get involved in multiple activities. He was considerate and was transparent. While I know few whose bosses are not very supportive and would squeeze the juice out.
