Due to out -sourcing of some Dept /Division, compensation is not that great and Overall growth is slow. innovative ideas and Suggestions get dampend easily.

Employee of every organisation is the main foundation but tata motors management don't think so. Management is saying that one team one vision but it is completely wrong. There are 6 plants in India and you can observe different policies in different plant.

I have worked almost 8 years in this great organisation.I was part of Tata nano project so i have worked in pune,sanand,jamshedpur plant also.Tata is is the pioneer in automobile industry. It is great place to work and learning for own development.

Very nice company there are many facilities in this company, like medical education, sports, training, house, perk, electricity, conversation, living of standard,, medium, etc. .

Dislikes

Party- politics, castism, Favourness, Demorlisation, hurting, tendency to take more benefits to latched the lower people, lhave faced a lot of problems during my travelling of post from KHASHI to electrical engineer.

My work life was very satisfactory during my service period. I got too much respect with my higher bosses due to my working ideas& my confidence as well as my honesty. There is no any major accident through me, while during my services I have saved many .
