Company Culture is very nice, Company works on ethical way.

Middle management ruins the business strategy. There is no any remuneration for hard working and loyal employees who working since long time. Less or half experienced New employee gets double hike comparing to old employee. There is no retention policy.

Hi all I have 9 years experience. I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa. My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well. Currently working in service company TTL for OEM Tata motors ( routine work). But now I getting OEM Payroll with good salary. Considering career and family balance points of view. what should be the good option out of two.
