Pathetic work life balance...the company won't care if its public holiday or weekend...1st and 3 rd Saturday are off but its only on paper.u will get call at midnight...you will get zero support or guidance from your boss...but you need to give results....now any one can be kept under performance review and get kicked out of the company.
