I am very greatful for working with Tata motors. The teammates are so experienced & helpful. Their is lot of things which I have learned from my teammates. Because of our contract with company their is much of job security for that period. I have not much very travelling experience while working with company because i am production engineer. Their is no such dislike about working with Tata motors but growth is slow. The work pressure is to high. Sometime, I have to work for continuous UpTo 16 hours in their is absence of others.

Work Details

My work at Tata motors is on production line which is Blanking line with 500 ton Mechanical press. We produce different blanks with different sizes with the thickness UpTo 0.6 to 1.0 mm. Further that blanks convert into different components of vehicles.
