The best thing is environment is good and team members was very supporter, working in tata mortars was great experience for me.learned lot in the company.thanks to tata motors and our team which were worked with them.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
