Pathetic work life balance...the company won't care if its public holiday or weekend...1st and 3 rd Saturday are off but its only on paper.u will get call at midnight...you will get zero support or guidance from your boss...but you need to give results....now any one can be kept under performance review and get kicked out of the company. The company is also cutting down on the cost hence looking for excuses to terminate employees. Meeting may starts 1 hour before office hours or 1 hour after office hours....and will definitely extend beyond 2 hrs...so technically you are working 12 to 14 hrs...Read More

In terms of job security seniors will treat you to get job, policies are ok, work culture is worst, management will have multiple hierarchy and multiple reporting finally it's a bitter experience.

Dislikes

Field service role in commercial business unit is pathetic, company won't understand your situation and suffering, Regional politics and tremendous work pressure on target without hike for last year and upcoming year. If you are married, then don't think of field service in commerical as 24/7 work even sunday. I won't recommend field service to anyone . Tata is India's largest automobile company so working in Tata is good feeling itself. HR policies are good.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance particularly if you are in CSM role (service). It is a 24x7 job. You get breakdown calls all night and if u miss the call u will be screwed nxt day.
