Tata motors don't give any facilities for offrole employees, so choose onrole job only, that will be more secure job with all tata motors facilities. Off role employees has to work more will less payment without any facilities. I am offrole employees and I don't know whether I will shifted onrole or not so please check if willing to join tata motors.

Like the mist in this company that is no age limits above 40 age they take I really appreciate that company for giving chance to that age people to show there communication nd capable skill.
