Pathetic work life balance...the company won't care if its public holiday or weekend...1st and 3 rd Saturday are off but its only on paper.u will get call at midnight...you will get zero support or guidance from your boss...but you need to give results....now any one can be kept under performance review and get kicked out of the company. The company is also cutting down on the cost hence looking for excuses to terminate employees. Meeting may starts 1 hour before office hours or 1 hour after office hours....and will definitely extend beyond 2 hrs...so technically you are working 12 to 14 hrs...Read More

If you want to grow in your career or if you have passion to do great the organization makes sure you slow down to their pace. Which is frustrating. Also there is compa ratio in appraisal which penalize highly motivated individuals.
