There is a safe and good environment for girls and second thing there are a good behaviour about our team and all members are supporting for giving any type of company related knowledge.

There is not given the chance for new joining after completing one year of diploma trainee as I can say growth is slow.

Well company working policy is good but the working atmosphere is so terrible ,a lot of polictics there,groupism based on caste,area.no one want that you are grow ,senior too much pressurized junior infact it makes very difficult to survive

The company is open supportie, always tring to work on latest technologies. Conducting various programs to get advices from their employees which can cause cost reduction. I am lucky that I got chance to start my carrier with TATA motors.Every year company is hiring freshers directly as an associate, it is a great initiative by company to provide work experience to freshers.

Dislikes

Company is always good,but all things depend on your boss. Some time I have to work 9 days continuously for 11-12 hrs. Sometime company has announced off on saturday but my boss dont allow me to take off.

No problem In job security but as per current structure Carrer growth is very slow. Tata motors is good for learning there is lots of opportunity to learn new things.. But work life balance is very bad sometimes 9 days working is very hectic and after office time working is also not good for your personal things
