Work life balance is good if you are chill person you will like this organisation. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow your skills through trainings and udemy.

Dislikes

If you want to grow in your career or if you have passion to do great the organization makes sure you slow down to their pace. Which is frustrating. Also there is compa ratio in appraisal which penalize highly motivated individuals.

Company politics by old experience people at work place and plotting bad against discriminated person. Any new candidate from outside if joins due to mgmt decision, Old members seniors an d juniors start feeling insecure. Starts plotting against new comer. Bad company culture.

Work environment specially at plant location is not of corporate standard (office block not shop floor). Feels like working in a govt. office. No air conditioning in many offices, IT infrastructure is outdated. Lack proper SOP. Reluctance of old employees for implementation of latest industry trends.
