Tata brand is good and tata takes care of employee is very excellent but work load is too high .. Also growth factor is much needed for any employee...salay hike is very good every year..but promotions are very slow Compare to bank.

For credit person it's a good place to work and learn.. a best Quality of Credit CAM is prepared compared to across all financiers. Compared to banks work life ballance is good with lights off policy on first 25 days of month. Hike was decent enough at par with mkt standards.

Slow promotions. As like all Tata's vintage people will not leave and all recognitions and awards are always taken by them.. same group of people appreciating awarding and clapping for themselves .
