First of all Tata medical center organization design build like foreign country. Very Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and Gym,park, digital study room, gameing zone for children, pool, lot's of tree for refreshing & chilling also for learning. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Three months notice period it's very seriously issue.
