Have system and process in place; lot to learn at company cost.

Dislikes

Lengthy processes; long procedures; multiple heads. Unnecessary approvals. Engineering is Most neglected which is bread & butter for business. Huge manpower at corporate which is biggest hindrance for every projects.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
