I joined VIP industries June -24 . There are many opportunities to learn and develop new skills.management is good and keeps employees stress free. The company has a supportive work culture and diverse ,multi - culture team.the company's core values include youthfulness ,meritocracy, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Dislikes

Some say that the work culture is poor . Internal promotion are rare. Employees required to work extend hours. The company treats trainees as a contract labour and offer them low salary.

Dislikes

You have to be ready anytime surprise meeting even in late nights. Pathetic culture Senior manager act like puppets of their senior.

One thing that this company and this position provides is customer interaction and experience in handling different requirements. You get to learn a lot about how people behave/react to in a situation when it comes to buying a specific product.

I don't know where to start. 1. Manpower mismanagement:- Managers,TL's have absolutely no idea how to handle manpower in this company. They will put amateur, inexperienced staff at a highly competitive counter where one will have no idea what to do and how to do. 2. Politics:- If you want to have sane life and want to relax after coming from the shift forget that as the politics in this company is through the roof, I have been working in this company for a mere 3months now but the mental pressure is brutal, they don't think about you as an individual they think you are machine who will give them required results automatically they don't even ask how you are or if you are having some difficulties in working or not absolute waste of time working for this company. 3. Work/life balance:- Forget about having a work/life balance, you have to work 9hours a day and that too in local retail stores which make you work like a machine with no regard to your health. You don't even have time to think about yourself, you will not even have time to talk to dear and near ones....Read More

Toxic culture. No systems. Abusive culture. Marketing does not know what they are doing. Asked to do same ppt again and again rework. Same excel whole month. Job involved only PPT, Excel and Toxic culture. No learning No mental peace. Seniors harass juniors purposely.
