Many things are there. One time I was in office for 21 hrs. There is no policy for working extra. They will give only 250rs. No recognition. They just want more work and wants to pay less salary.

The project related to my skillset is not there so Before they Terminate they moved me into another project which is not related to my experience. But after 1.5years they said BGV failed. Very arrogant seniors. Use and throw company. Never join in TATA ELXSI.

Partiality towards between old and new employees. When there are no projects they trigger BGV process or assign hard/unresolved tickets.

Culture is good & Work life balance, Job satisfaction depends on Project and It's manager. Skill development trainings are held every time, for upskilling ourselves.

Dislikes

Some Managers are inefficient, since they have more experience or stayed in Tata elxsi for long, they lead Projects without having proper technical knowledge. In such cases, we will not have work satisfaction and Work-life balance also.

Favouritism based on language and ethnicity it is deep rooted in TE as majority of people's are from TN in management also. Exceptional experience at Calicut. 1st time leaders seen focusing on individual careers and growth. Asks to upskil everytime. Mentored how to achieve better performance appraisals next year. A little strict in matter of discipline but those helped me to grow in my career later. Lot of focus on sports and arts and those helping to become friends among all of us.
