Dislikes

Management is not good plus compensation is way below the market standards, As a fresher not much opportunity to grow.

Availablity of mentors in company is huge you can talk to someone with experience as high as 20 years in industry...for something like me who has been in Startups.. that is something invaluable, priceless

I have been working in a medical device regulatory affairs sector for service based company for the last 2.8 years.The overall experience is the same as it is my first company and job. I do want to switch jobs for better pay and opportunities. My current package is around 5 LPA CTC. I have dependencies on me as I'm the only earning member of my family of 4 Any suggestions or tips on career growth opportunities? recently I feel kind of stagnant at this job.
