Poor Management Politics Poor hierarchy Most of the managers doesn't have knowledge of their domain simply without any proper experience they r there sucking the blood of poor GET and giving them useless taks such as supervisor, shift support, making useless excel .. no growth

Currently they have only one plant which is in hosur (nearby completely remote area) So if you are from South then it's ok, but if you are from North side of india It's a vey challenging due to language difference

Can be improved interns of insurance policy Op-10k only for overall family Incase of minimum 4 people in the family not enough to do so. Atleast policy should allow the limit 10k per Person
