Worst company culture. Legacy EMS leaders from other EMS joined and made worst environment, that is not TATA. No respect to individuals and treated not ethically from Other EMS leadership team.

Salary is the measure issue same designation but more difference having in salary. Salary increment not good. Management side they are giving but due to office poltics we are not getting any increment. But our boss getting promotion & also salary hike
