If someone has ethics and has never felt happy making people's life miserable , then it's surely not for you . Where do I even start . Expecting this post to be an eye opener for all the young talent who'll be leaving their home and possibly better chances of career progression or even growth in life to be here . Your so called media outlets or fancy business PPTs that would be shown to you when you join , would never show the reality of theplace . You'd be safe for sure , that's one thing every woman employee would be told and yes you would be . A very safe environment . But that you all were getting back at home too , or by being someone's wife . You would come here to work and learn and grow which would never happen . Sub par jobs , at the end of the day all you would look back to would be a PPT or an excel and wonder , was my 4 year hardwork good for this. It just doesn't end there , even for men , irrespective of your gender ( If you're not an MBA grad you would be subjected to hierarchy that would make you feel climbing the everest an easier task ) The amount of confusion and lack of clarity may make you doubt your own reality . Maybe this is what professional gaslighting is . It's a mess , a swamp , the more you get into it , the more you sink . Most of the original talented employees are leaving . The ones who haven't are just awaiting the best shot . ** If you're young and do have an option to stay at home and wash away the sins of not clearing JEE with good rank , better do that . If not then a little hardwork is all you need . ** If you're a lateral entrant , I hope the best for you . Not sure if people joining as HODs or VPs read these posts , but if you are reading it right now , this won't be bad for you . But if you're at anyother position .
