A fully ethical company .. love the policies and guidelines.. Also really appreciate that in major telecom turbulence period though in losses but our salaries never got delayed by even a single day

Job security at its worst.. anyone can be moved by force anywhere and miscommitments related to an employee future

Career growth and job security was the best thing that I liked most in Tata DoCoMo.Compensation was also very good.

Dislikes

Work was bit hectic sometimes about 14 hrs a day but overall experience was satisfactory.

They were trained in good manner. Work environment is good then learning- we can learn people well.

Dislikes

All known things only now the company is going to be shut down due to instability of the tele com industry. They are unable to lead compotiters. Very poor salary growth. My teammates is good according to my view.
