No job security for freshers.. they just want labour's for 1 year after that they give you exp certificate and you have to leave the company your time end . They hire with a promising of permanent but after joining you will understand thare was no way you can permanent after 1 year .

No career development because the give work irrelevent to your branch degree. Some times they make you work even on Sunday saying 'to meet customer demand' and will give holiday of that on some national or festive holiday time.
