Haphazardly buying companies that have products that compete with its own home grown brands Massive discounts over alternate channels will make GT channel obsolete in bigger towns. Company has a tendency to infiltrate its own distributor market by opening sub distributors in the existingdistributor's market Management tends to make each and every thing a "matter of survival". Daily torturing from asm,Rsm. 100s of parameter which is never achievable by anyone. Your mental health will get disturbed and in the end you resign even they wont leave you,they will hold ta,da and torture you by saying f&f,hr is worst here they dont even care about employees,
