Managed services projects managed by TCTS are very very uncertain. And if your project is stopped u will be put on bench and getting job internally is very hard rather impossible unless u r part of some lobby. Although there are opportunities internally u will.not be considered. Promotions are given to selective people which are part particular lobby. Employees working for 20+ years with satisfactory performance also.put in bench and if they are not part of lobby they are shown exit doors without considering their age. There are instances employees newly joined and transferred to.bench after 3 months due to proejct on hold. Worked for 20+years but unfortunately have to leave the org because of all these reasons....Read More

1. PSU sort of company with no job security, company has been letting off people not based on performance but redundancy and if you are not part of the lobby, chances are high, you will become redundant & let off 2. Same goes with growth & increment, people part of the lobby enjoy all otherwise you get nothing, rating is not told toemployees and hence its all that management decides 3. Company has been degrowing over the years, so obviously no growth opportunities 4. Dont join this company as its not secure like a govt job nor gives growth like a private company...Read More

TCTS is great company to work and employee friendly. TCTS ensures that periodic training are provided to its employees and also proper career growth is planned for each and every employee. I am deputed at client location based out of India and got very good opportunity to learn many things. Work culture is great and so do the teammates and colleagues.

Dislikes

As TCTS have a huge client base in India and outside India there are huge expectations by clients from TCTS and hence the work pressure is very high to meet client expectations. We have to be available 24*7 and sometimes we have to compromise our personal life
