Team mates are supportive. Under pressure work so much burden to freshers. managers are not support employees even they are right . Company given half salary in panademic.company policy are good but not for ur family member is hearty.

Job training is not given to employee. So much politics in company even engg. are Offrule and Bsc student are Onrule. Talent and skills doesn't matter here. They are not given good hike and bonus every year .salary is very low, career growth is slow

Job is fine. I am struggled at beginning Beacause no taining session in company . I think i m an expert Beacause i konw everything about my work, just waiting for new opportunity.
