carreer growth is extremely slow, management politics, less cross project opportunities especially for B1-1 employees. Hike and promotion not quite to mention about it. Got to support seniors most of the time 80% of their work load pushed to us. Management will convince to push you out instead of providing proper hike or promotion they will try to sell you out and hire a new joinees to replace the experienced. Notice period 90 days plus. Low CTC for the work they extract from employee's. Favorite people's are appreciated for a silly updates....Read More
