Compensations is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure us very high. Sometime, I have to work 15-16 hours continue in a day as I have to give customer network up in any situations.

sorry to say but not supporting to do work from home as our parent is not allowing us to go to pune but still Team lead and manager are not supporting as we are doing all working properly from home still they are not supporting us.
