Outsourced employees are treated as outsider though they are the foundation of this company. Tata Communications has recently change their policy for outsourced employees that 2 years job & 3 months off, called COOLING OFF. This process killed the mental strength, job security & against humanity too.

Dislikes

1) inhuman attitude with outsourced employees. 2) Outsourced employees salary structure is so poor. 3) No job security for Out-sourced employees. 4) No promotion & No work life balance for outsourced employees 5) Managers are spoiling subordinates carrer. 6) No policy, no process & company culture is too pathetic. only politics going on in terms of promotion & upgradation. 7) Now TATA brand name is at stake....Read More

I joined here as a store relationship executive,within few months I became Store Supervisor cum Store Manager,so handling all about store with system & junior executive also.All Store are under 3rd party payroll,so no job security available here.Work Environment is too good & learned so many skills here,but suddenly all store are closed due to tele communication issue & we all store employees were jobless....Read More

Here was no job security due to its maintained by 3rd Party Payroll Company,so career growth is not sufficient for good performers.Every time job training will be provide to new employee & meeting held on every week for sales growth & business increase.Salary is not sufficient as per ex pectations....Read More
