I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. All employees were very humble and helpful to me as I was a trainee there. Overall it was a very nice place to work in as there was mutual respect between all and one will never feel that he is just a trainee there.

There are no such major red flags but specifically I had faced the issue of not getting my experience letter on time. They took around 2 months to process the same.
