Managers are not professional and not supportive. Even do not co operate in your need and pressure alot. Your have to work on holdiays without comp off. You will not getting leave even when you are really sick.

Look here all managerial level employees are telling its good organization ok no doubt here you don't understand properly anything because the training and development center isn't available I think , all the competition starts from bottom level and all the supportes is only for managers and for hierarchy level from manegement , totally unprofessional colleuges and seniors are only gain benifits from you by making you a A$$...Read More

They are using sales force domain for login which to assemblage of trash which is too assiduous and waste of time and they are following old traditonal way not cop up with 21nd century advanced cloud platform for betterment of loan process . Here no one is listening to your queries and clearing your doubt only listen and work like a brainless robot to earn money . Don't work as finance sales executive if you have good graduation or a post graduation and here all are literate but all are uneducated professionalls....Read More

I worked tata capital financial services on third party payroll of conneqct business solution as a HR executive so the hr team over there was terrifying they always humiliate infront of whole hr team they doesn't have ethics how to talk who ever work there off role they don't give them importance i joined there in 1st March but fromsecond month of my work was going dam good always achieving targets but they gave me other work after completing 4 months so in the month of August due to they have pressurised me to do other work there for I had not able to focus on my work then I gave them 1 selection and 4 joining that month only but they still bulleid me the manager doesn't have ethics they talk, they discuss yourself by standing back to others they never discuss with me and finally at the month of 6 they ask me to leave straight forward i even requested alot to zonal hr atleast word with me where I'm going wrong but she didn't have any word with me I don't know where I went wrong but their chamchas started boycotting me I was feeling so Alon over there. So before applying for the role of hr executive think on it there is no job security at all if you work and achiv targets still they not value you. I was with icici lombard where when I put the resign the chif manager of Lombard directly took me into the meeting room to discuss about the same but in tata capital having bad people sitting over there who only safe their seats don't care others.
