Managers are not professional and not supportive. Even do not co operate in your need and pressure alot. Your have to work on holdiays without comp off. You will not getting leave even when you are really sick.

Overburdened work HR not ready to increase manpower No salary hike No hybrid working only work from office No work life balance If you ask HR for salary hike or overtime she will say we giving you pickup drop and bonus we cannot do more They will make you work in sick leaves but will never hire a new employee due to overburdened work and ask you to put leave even after working in sick leave

Everything There is no leave and no time limits Every day branch close around 9PM and open early morning at 7:30 AM and there is no any break in real time but in company police different totally bad for timing and too much pressure

There has no salary growth and learning. Current company's work culture is full of with the company politics and seniors are treating their employees as a machine and you are not allowed to take a sudden leave if you have a medical emergency then you have to inform them earlier for the leave

There is no week off, our senior manager always ask to work on holiday even on Saturday and Sunday with no work life balance. He always pressure that your first priority will be company even your family have big tragedy he never gives you leave. If you work on holiday he never compensate like company never gives you comp. off.
