Hi, I'm working in tata company since 2016, and I had learn lot of things on my journey with tata capital , there is gud environment n people always encourage & support you . You have to work there without under pressure no any tension n growths level is high.

Dislikes

Off role employee has no compensation n growth level is slow. Some people have not been take serious his job. And the customer should filled a complaint against tata capital.

Work Details

I'm working in Collection department , I have lot of work and I never complain. It was a great experience for me to work under my boss( senior manager) he is very kindheart person n always encourage me n support me .
