You will destroy your career, self respect, skills, personal life and lifestyle if you join in TTC. HR and Managers not having manners to talk (Only disrespect, insults, shouting loudly over a floor in front of your team members). TTC is just staffing company. They don't have any project. No IT culture. Pathetic office infrastructure (It's just a warehouse). High attrition rate still Management don't care about it. Culture. Nothing to show. Old primitive mindset. Especially in Finance function. No future outlook. Micro management. Approval for each and everything. Check your workdays. Multiple cases where HR quotes a 5 day week but actually it is 6 days. No one will take ownership once u join. No authority in FSS. 23 leaves in all.
