Being a part of the Tata Group,The company supports employee growth through training programs and exposure to different areas of the automotive industry, which is crucial for long-term career development.

Dislikes

That not means dislike but One area where improvement is needed is the work culture, especially for new employees. Sometimes Senior staff or leadership are not fully supported during the transition,affect their ability to contribute effectively in the early stages of their employment.
